NO IDEA is more of a lifestyle than just a name; stemming from our slogan 'it's ok to have no idea, yet still do something powerful' shows that to really make an impact we have to do something that isn't already part of the current structure.
Our restaurant focuses on the indulgence that you get from eating desserts, yet developing a way in which they can be eaten as a main meal.
Our journey to develop a dish is not as straight forward as people may assume. Working with day to day ingredients, we wanted to shine a new light on them. Focusing on one main ingredient and building around it, without limitations.
As such, we set out to combine unique flavours and interesting techniques to create a gastronomic experience that will leave you coming back for me.
